Compared to the CONVENTIONAL pipes Hebeish P.E spiral pipes finds itself exceedingly superior. If we make a quick comparison we find:

• Conventional pipes are rigid and so under load they break, while the flexibility of Hebeish's spiral pipe enable the pipeline to absorb impact loads, vibration
  and stress caused by soil or ground movement. Hebeish pipes can deform on reasonable level without failure and then reform to its normal condition due to the so called high memory of the P.E material and the fact that it is spiral.


• Conventional pipes are usually heavy which makes installation and transportation costs high. Hebeish spiral pipes are comparably extremely light in weight.
  A 1000mm Hebeish pipe of 12-meter length weights around 450 kg. This will increase efficiency on job cites and cut costs of handling, storage and installation by significant amounts.


• Conventional pipes are connected by joints, which although are effective but cannot guarantee that leakage will be eliminated especially in case of soil movement.
  Hebeish P.E pipes are joint by Butt-welding which is welding the pipes together by heating using a special machine; this makes the entire line one long pipe and ensures no leakage. Thus Hebeish P.E pipes guarantee no leakage what so ever at any point in the line.
